- START HOURS: Friday, noon; Saturday-Sunday, 9 a.m. Call 302-241-0220 with questions.
- Offered to guests with disabilities, transportation is provided from ADA parking lots to the Admission gate closest to guest seat location. See attached map for locations.
- Expect volume delays during peak times before and after races.
- TEXT YOUR CONCERNS: Have an issue or need assistance. Send a TEXT TO 302-253-RACE. Write Doverfan (insert space) then list your location and need.
- Parking for guests with disabilities is available on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED
- Access is via Route 13.
- Guests may be directed to alternate parking for guests with disabilities if closer lots become full. See attached map for parking lots.
- Preferred Parking Areas for specific seating sections include: SOUTH LOT – South Grandstand (Sections 112-144) and Allison, Petty and Earnhardt Grandstands; LOT E – North Grandstand (Sections 204-227).
- ELEVATORS: Friday and Saturday, Elevators 4-5 service Sections 115-123; Sunday, Elevators 4-7 service Sections 115-144 and Elevators 14-16 service Sections 204-227.
- SEATING: Guests needing wheelchair accessible seating are encouraged to call ahead to select the best seats based on their needs. On race day, guests can visit Ticket Services (Gates 3, 11) or locate the nearest usher.
- RAMPS: Gate 3 accesses Sections 120, 121; Gate 19 accesses Sections 205, 206, 209, 210.
- SERVICE ANIMALS: Dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities are allowed if harnessed, leashed or tethered (unless these devices interfere with the animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices).
- WHEELCHAIR/ECV: Track does not provide or rent wheelchairs or ECVs (Electronic Convenience Vehicle). Guests are permitted to bring their own.

- NASCAR HARD-CARD CREDENTIAL HOLDERS: NASCAR-issued hard cards do not provide access to all areas at Speedway. Hard cards must have a track-issued access sticker to gain entry to the Infield Media Center (IMC), Turn One Media Center (T1MC) and Suites.
- Shipments of large, multiple packages and freight items will be processed through the Receiving Department.
- Please notify Receiving Department in advance of any incoming items.
- All packages must be labeled with the recipient’s name and department. For race weekend items, please use the following format:

- DO NOT SEEK AUTOGRAPHS ON RACE WEEKEND: In order to maintain a professional working environment, please do not seek autographs. Although you may be a NASCAR fan, when you are working for Dover Motor Speedway your primary responsibility is that of an employee. As a courtesy to our competitors and officials, please strive to conduct yourself in the utmost professional manner.
- NOTE ON SPONSORS: Also of extreme importance are the relationships we have with official sponsors and promotional partners here at Dover Motor Speedway. Please take a moment to review the list of current track sponsors and partners on DoverSpeedway.com, and when at all possible, support them while you are on the property. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT WE AVOID USING PRODUCTS AND MERCHANDISE OR WEARING APPAREL OF CONFLICTING SPONSORS.
The following pass holders must obey traffic patterns and park in these respective areas provided space is available (with the exception of Preferred and Delivery passes).
A SECTION A: Inside barn area outside Turn 2
* COMPETITORS (Motorcoach/Tow): Park in Infield. Tow pass allows an extra vehicle in the Infield.
D DELIVERY: Permitted to unload vehicle, then park in general areas. After 9 a.m., travel restricted to Perimeter Road.
E WINNER’S CIRCLE/BOARDROOM: Sunday only.
G GENERAL: North, South and West parking areas and Lot 1.
H HORSE TRACK: North end of horse track, near NASCAR Cup Series garage. Event Staff and Special Parking.
I INFIELD: Teams, Support Personnel and Event Staff. NOT GOOD FOR HORSE TRACK.
M MEDIA/PHOTO: Press Parking. T1MC Suite Lot (overflow in Section A).
P PREFERRED: All-access parking (issued to essential personnel only).
* NASCAR ANNUAL: Cup race teams permitted to park in general parking areas on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, pass holders park in designated lot off of Toll Plaza Road near Route 1.
R RESERVED LOT: Outside of Turn 4
S SUITE: Suite lot next to South parking. Different hangtag used each day.
T1 TURN 1 MEDIA CENTER & SUITE: Turn 1 Media Center lot, across from Turns 1 and 2.

- Load-Ins for 2023 NASCAR Weekend begins Wednesday, April 26, at 8 a.m. for all lots except Lot 9. Lot 9 Load-In begins Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 8 a.m.
- All guests report directly to Lot 1 for registration between 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- All RVs arriving after registration closes must report to Lot 1 and park until registration re-opens.
- Extreme weather may prevent RV load-ins at scheduled times. Should this occur, we will resume load-ins when conditions improve.
- NEW FOR 2023: All camping-related purchases to be cashless.
- NEW FOR 2023: Trackside Camping (Turn 2) available.
The following are a list of FREE services available for RV patrons:
- RV DUMP STATIONS: Left of the main entrance to the speedway off of Route 13; In front section of -Lot 10.
- SECURITY: Available from 8 a.m. on Thursday, April 27 until the end of the race on Sunday, April 30. Suspicious activity can be reported by texting “Doverfan” along with the activity to (302) 253-RACE or call (302) 883-6753. Secure your valuables within your space if you plan to leave.
- SHUTTLE SERVICE: Courtesy shuttles are available for Lots 2, 9 and 10. The shuttles run from Noon to 8 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
- TRASH BAGS: Available from lot attendant.
- WATER: Left of the main entrance to the speedway off of Route 13; In front section of Lot 10. In several locations of Lot 2.

MOBILE ICE SALES: Thursday to Sunday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m.; Monday, 8-10 a.m.

PORTA-JON RENTAL: Call 703-932-8043 to reach United Site Services of Maryland, Inc. for information. Delivery times 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. only.

PUMPING: United Site Services of Maryland, Inc., service techs will be in the RV lots for camper pumping. Thursday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday, 8 to 10 a.m. Flag down a truck in your lot for servicing or call 703-932-8043 for more information.
SHOWERS: In front of Campground Lot 10. Friday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, 6 to 9 a.m.
NONPOTABLE WATER DELIVERY: Water fills, maxing out at 50 gallons. 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Call 703-932-8043 for information.
All vehicles on Speedway property follow a specific traffic route during race weekend.
- Starting at Route 13 front entrance, all traffic travels one way, counter clockwise around the track to Gate 1 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
ONE EXCEPTION: From Route 13 entrance, traffic can go left to North Parking, and it is two way. A checkpoint stop is done if guests go beyond North Parking. Only PREFERRED and DELIVERY passes allow a vehicle to go beyond checkpoint.

HOURS: Thursday-Monday, 24-hour coverage starts at 7 a.m. Thursday and ends Monday at Noon.

- JUNIOR TICKETS (AGES 12 AND YOUNGER): Friday and Saturday-FREE; Sunday-$10 for selected sections. All Juniors must be accompanied by the purchase of at least one adult ticket.
- PIT PASSES: Must be purchased in advance of race weekend when available. Call ticket office at 800-441-RACE for more information.
- Bring found items to a Speedway employee at any gate. To retrieve a lost item, go to Ticket Services near Gate 3. After hours DURING RACE WEEKEND, call (302) 883-XXXX. AFTER RACE WEEKEND, call (302) 883-6513 or email [email protected]
- CHECK TICKETS OF BOTH PARTIES INVOLVED: Double check the section, row and seat to see if someone is in the wrong seat. If the tickets have a different section, row or seat, politely point out the difference and direct guest(s) to the correct area.
- IF TICKETS ARE THE SAME: Both parties must go to the closest Ticket Services booth located at Gates 3 or 11 to resolve the problem. The usher should escort the guests to the location. Remember to double check the section, row and seat before you proceed.
- NO GUEST SHOULD EVER BE ACCUSED OF STEALING TICKETS.
Guests who purchase a permanent reserved seat for a NASCAR Cup Series race are provided the opportunity to renew that same seat location for the same race the following year. Tickets can be renewed in any of the following ways.

All pre-paid tickets must be picked up by the person that purchased the tickets by presenting a valid picture ID and the credit card used to complete the purchase at ANY ticket window.
