Officials announced today that the Woodlands will once again play host to another large-scale music event on Sept. 18-19 as Zach Bryan’s “With Heaven on Tour” visits the idyllic setting at Dover Motor Speedway in 2026.

Bryan will perform for two nights in Dover and will be supported by the Kings of Leon (Sept. 18), Alabama Shakes (Sept. 19), and joined by Fey Fili and Gabriella Rose.

Along with dozens of nominations for Grammys, People Choice Country Awards, Billboard Music and CMT Music Awards, Bryan won a Grammy in 2024 for "I Remember Everything" (with Kacey Musgraves), an Academy of Country Music Award for New Male Artist of the Year in 2023, and a Billboard Music Award for Top New Artist in 2023, becoming the first ever country act to win the category.

On Sept. 27, 2025, Bryan set the record for the largest ticketed concert audience in U.S. history for his show at the University of Michigan. The 112,408 tickets sold surpassed the previous record of 110,905 fans set by George Strait in 2024 at Kyle Field in Texas.

“Delaware is excited to welcome Zach Bryan to the First State and to Dover Motor Speedway,” said Delaware Gov. Matt Meyer. “It’ll be a couple of nights where we’ll remember everything.”

Officials shared that Dover residents, residing in zip codes 19901, 19902 and 19904, will be eligible to participate in a pre-sale opportunity beginning on Dec. 4, affording them the chance to purchase tickets before they go on-sale to the general public. For Sept. 18 tickets, the pre-sale is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. For Sept. 19 tickets, the pre-sale is open from 12 noon to 10 p.m. ET. Local residents should visit https://thewoodlandsdover.com/resident-presale/ to purchase. Tickets are expected to sell quickly and are available while supplies last.

Dover Motor Speedway customers who have purchased NASCAR All-Star race tickets prior to Dec. 4 will also have the chance to purchase tickets to the Bryan shows as part of a pre-sale opportunity. They will be emailed directly with details.

“We are happy to once again utilize our entire property to bring world class music events to Delaware,” said Mike Tatoian, president and general manager of Dover Motor Speedway. “The Woodlands provides an incredibly intimate experience for music lovers. AEG Presents has been a tremendous partner and we are extremely excited for their vision for the future of The Woodlands as well.”

The Woodlands is no stranger to high-profile performances, having played host to Phish’s Mondegreen Festival, Aug. 15-18, 2024, and the likes of Paul McCartney, Eminem, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kendrick Lamar, Foo Fighters, Post Malone, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Snoop Dogg, Lizzo and others over the years at Firefly Music Festival. Country has also reigned supreme in The Woodlands for the 2015 Big Barrel County Music Festival, headlined by Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood. Other acts included Lynyrd Skynyrd, Loretta Lynn, Merle Haggard, Kacey Musgraves and Chris Stapleton to name a few.

The same parcel of land at Dover Motor Speedway that plays host to the biggest acts in music also serves as one of the rowdiest RV campgrounds on the NASCAR circuit – AKA Lot 10 – for the sport’s annual visit to The Monster Mile.

The 42nd annual NASCAR All-Star Race, featuring all of the stars of the NASCAR Cup Series, is coming to The Monster Mile in 2026 as part of its tripleheader NASCAR race weekend on May 15-17. The race’s arrival marks a litany of ‘firsts’ for the track based in The First State. It will be the first time the storied event pays a visit to Dover Motor Speedway; the first time the NASCAR All-Star Race has been hosted on a one-mile oval and in the Northeast; and the first time the NASCAR All-Star Race will take place just down the road from a venue that hosts the MLB All-Star game which will be held at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia on July 14. The region will see the FIFA World Cup 26 in June and July at Lincoln Financial Field, and all events coincide with the United States of America’s 250th birthday on July 4th and the 1776 signing of the Declaration of Independence.

“Dover Motor Speedway does an exceptional job delivering epic events in our region,” said Pete Bradley, president of Kent County Tourism Corp. “These events fill our hotels, restaurants, and local businesses, creating a tremendous economic impact that strengthens our entire community. We are proud to have such a premier venue showcasing Kent County on a national stage.”
