Speedway Children's Charities' (SCC) Dover chapter will host the second annual Monster Mile Mini-Masters on Friday, Oct. 16 at Tre Sorelle Dolce in Wyoming, Del., inviting race fans, local businesses and the community out to enjoy an afternoon of mini golf while supporting children in need throughout Delaware and the surrounding region.

The charity outing begins with registration and lunch at noon before participants take to the course for a 1 p.m. shotgun start. Golfers will compete for honors such as top individual and team scorer, as well as hole-in-one awards.

"Monster Mile Mini-Masters is a fun, unique way for our community to come together and make a difference in the lives of local children in our region," said Gary Camp, director of the SCC Dover chapter. "This feel-good fall event is a great opportunity to bring a group of friends or colleagues out for an afternoon of fun in support of a great cause. One hundred percent of every foursome and sponsorship goes to helps Speedway Children's Charities continue its mission of providing resources and opportunities for children in need throughout our area."

Hosted at Tre Sorelle Dolce's championship miniature golf course, Monster Mile Mini-Masters combines an afternoon of friendly competition with a NASCAR-themed atmosphere. Participants can enjoy music from a live DJ, view the official Dover Motor Speedway pace car on display, and take photos with the Miles the Monster Trophy. Food, beverages and, of course, ice cream are included for players, with alcoholic beverages available for purchase courtesy of NKS Distributors.

The tournament is open to businesses, community organizations and groups looking to support Speedway Children's Charities' mission while enjoying an afternoon of competition, networking and fun. The event offers a unique opportunity for participants to connect with fellow community members while helping raise funds that directly benefit local children and families in their region.

A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and organizations looking to support Speedway Children's Charities' mission. Options include becoming the title partner for the entire event, hole-in-one, prize or hole sponsorships, with benefits ranging from on-site signage, logo placement and participation in the tournament.

Proceeds from Monster Mile Mini-Masters will benefit SCC-Dover, which provides funding to nonprofit organizations serving children throughout Delaware and the Mid-Atlantic region. Since launching in 2023, SCC-Dover has distributed nearly $300,000 in grants to organizations focused on children's health, education and social needs, helping local children and families access critical resources and opportunities.
