The WoodlandsLocated east of the race track, The Woodlands includes hundreds of acres of clearings, forests and more. Part of The Woodlands property is home to Firefly Music Festival each year, but is also used as campgrounds during Dover Motor Speedway's NASCAR weekends. The area includes The Loft, a permanent structure that can host between 100-320 people for events, parties or outings.
